WC you are saved.
The only plus is that if we sign him I can name one of my fantasy teams “Salt and Culpepper”
Hahahahahahahaaha alright you are now one of my favorite football posters that was good.
Damn Vladimir Ducasse shit the bed today…gave up three sacks and my boy JJ Watt burned him…FACK! Robert Turners injury looked fucking serious, Bart Scott also got hurt.

On the brighter side of things Sanchize looked crisp completing 6-7 really should of been 7-7, Shonn Green and Joe Mcknight looked excellent, Derrick Mason looked spry, Kenrick Ellis (if he doesent get deported) will be a beast.

Mo Wilkerson was pretty nondescript…Jeremy Curley didnt really stand out other than one decent return. All in all the first team looked sharp the backups looked like…well backups…

Only watched the first quarter and some of the second, will disect the rest tomorrow when I get home…

So ridiculous. I was just shaking my head all the way to the office while listening to this news on the radio.

I’d rather have signed Jeff Garcia. At least he brings a playmate with him…

Im not sure what kind of deal he would get but even if it was just a one year deal, he could be a big help. Smith is just a horrible piece of crap. More interceptions that touchdowns? Ouch. Bring Culpepper in.
How does Culpepper help that problem? He hasn’t accomplished more TDs than INTs since 2004.
From one source I heard that he was brought in to create more competition of starting spot. They may be able to find a more talented starter out of their ranks. So far, the position has been a cluster of problems. I actually didnt realize he went downhill like that. The only time I truly recall staying up with him was before 05. He lost alot of snaps in his last years which doesnt help his stats.

Chicago’s O-line does not look fixed. I believe they had 9 sacks? Webb is a poor player. Definitely their Achilles heel.

“Updating a previous item, the 49ers will not be signing free agent Daunte Culpepper right now,a source tells ProFootballTalk.com.”

Awesome. I honestly hope they bring in Jeff Garcia instead.

One of the reasons he lost snaps was because he was so bad when he played haha

Bart was just a minor thing and they decided to keep him out.

I will say Matty that Green actually looked like he did year before last in the playoffs, was running hard and quick.
Its on the first preseason game and you OL is pretty banged up right now, I would play all the scrubs and backups to get them reps.

I will say that the Texans have really concentrated on fixing their D problems. If they could get in the mid teens in ranking they could make the playoffs. Cause their fucking O is productive as hell.

Moss made Culpepper, he couldnt read defenses he just threw that shit deep to Moss. As soon as Moss left the Vikings Culpepper went to shit. He is as smart as a bag of marbles.

Texans looked like they had some good pass rushers, 50 put on a show and demolished 77 on the jets all night (of the second quarter). Greg macelroy threw the funniest thing I’ve seen, shoulda won the game though. Def shoulda thrown it up. TJ yates threw a pretty ball before the winning score, 27 on the jets better start wrapping up from now on.

Tell me your making that up about trading Ware.
Wow that’s reaching new frontiers of ignorance.

De Ware might be the single most “untouchable” player on any NFL roster, certainly among the top 5 period.

You would think, I swear after at least 3 people were talking about it on the forum I left and have not gone back.

Of course 90% of the people on there also want to get rid of Romo, etc. Nobody remembers the 15 fucktards that came after Aikman, like QB’s are just a phone call away. Fandom can cause people to be ignorant dumbasses.

Hahahahahaahahaha but Irvin was money on Sunday. Okay you do not know that about Carter yes he was busted twice with coke, last time when he we trying a come back with a Arena football league.
What a fuck up with Hambrick, I have had a rough few years.

If Vick is playing I think we can split no way we win in Philly, but I think we steal one at home. If Vick is hurt who the hell knows, you think V. Young can win?

If they can get that Defense working together then it will be the Philly of old for sure.

Vince young is a winner and I think Jeff Fisher should have stuck with him. I can see Young taking the team from Vick if Vick goes down.

Redskins are dead in the water, Giants are iffy, and Dallas has a new head coach. I think Dallas will make the playoffs.

I think Vince needs a year in this system to really see if he can take over for Vick. I am a UT fan so I wanted Vince to succeed for a long time now.
Redskins are def dead in the water, Giants are a wild card, just dont know but the same can be said about the Boys.
Will be fun to watch.
