Next Sheiko Routine to Follow?

I’m new to powerlifting and have worked through Sheiko #29 and #30. I’m looking to continue making gains and am trying to figure out which program I should follow #30 up with.

I’ll be recalculating maxes after this month and I believe they will be as follows
Bench: 235
Squat: 315
Deadlift: 385

Any help would be appreciated.

31?

37 or 40. Those have the higher volume but I wouldn’t recalculate after doing one of those. If your going to recalc after this run then do 32 it is basically a contest prep.
