My primary programs are GVT, 5x5, and 1-6 training at 4-6 week cycles. I’m going to start a new 4 week mass cycle on Sept 1 and I want something very different. My current programs use a straight set approach, so I’ve got a great opportunity to shock my system with drop sets or something. There’s talk of some programs that aren’t listed on this site so don’t give me crap about using the search engine.
I’m trying the HST program. There’s a link on here somewhere in the previous issues links. I’m only 4 workouts into it and I was sore the first few couple days.
