I’m a relative newcomer to T-Mag and this forum. I’ve followed T-Mag for quite a while but just started my first real lifting program a few weeks ago, up to that point it had all been calisthenics. Well, let me tell you… I LOVE THIS!!! The constant soreness, everything, GVT 2000 is great!!! I started out with a BW fluctuating between 140# - 150# daily (can’t figure that out), but now I’m at a steady 160# and still gaining, only 2.5 weeks into 4 weeks of GVT 2000. Nothing special supplements wise, just lots of food (thank you college), and a custom post-workout shake, that tastes like SHIT.
In a few weeks (Oct 8 actually), I’m going to start Ian King’s Limping and Super Strength programs. This time though, I’m going to focus on getting the RIGHT (read, Biotest) supplements. Right now, I’m looking at Surge!, Power Drive (2x/day, morning and pre-workout), Advanced Protein, and Twinlab’s MEGA 6 multi-vitamin.
What I'm thiking of doing is working in Androsol, Tribex-500, Methoxy-7, and maybe Vitex. I've done a lot of research so far, but still have a couple of questions. I'm looking at doing the 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 3 off Androsol routine, using Tribex-500 and Methoxy-7 on the off weeks. My question is, how should I use Vitex? I've decided on using Solaray's 400mg Vitex caps, at least 1 a day. But what kind of cycle should I use? What is best recommended? I've heard 5 days on, 2 off every week, among other routines. Should I use it while using Androsol, or just on the off weeks with Tribex?
