I am pretty lean with some amount of muscle and little fat
Planning to take Test and Dbol
I heard that I will get bloated especially on face, but I hate the water retention on face.
Is there any way to completely get rid of the water retention while using Dbol.
(Heard that the cause of water retention will be from the excess Testosterone aromatizing into estrogen, so if I use an AI , would I can get rid of the water retention)
Also tell me how to eat on gear, my goal is not to look overly Bulky, I love to get vascular and muscular (btw I was very vascular months ago, even in my chest had popping veins without any steroid, but now it disappeared bcz I gained some fat with some muscle).
BTW I would die to get a body with muscles and low body fat.
I also train very hard like pull-ups with 20kg weight 16 repmax
My stats:-
Age : 21
Height : 5’11
Weight : 68 kg
My dream body guys
Your height and weight is telling me you have very little muscle on your frame.
You should be learning how to eat and train properly before even thinking about taking gear.
I told I don’t wanna look like a bear
But still I have pretty much muscles
People ask me about my body ( even one of my relative doubted me to drugs, cz how I got vascular while being muscular)
It’s not i am thin, i can get veins pretty much easily, think it genetics, even my father has a lot, eventhough he stoped going to gym.
& Having veins doesn’t mean thin, anyone who saw me never called me thin but exact opposite, they ask me how long have been in the gym…
Btw I loves to workout with high intensity no light weight ( fan of Mike mentzer )
I will agree. Start like I did: 15mg/day of Dianabol for 8 weeks. Get off for 6 weeks and do it again. Keep that 8 weeks “on” and 6 weeks “off” for a couple years and see where you are. Who cares about PCT, you’ll be back on cycle soon enough.
The dudes sub 150lb at 5’11 and isn’t lean, his biggest boast in lifting is weighted chin ups (because he’s got low BW!) - definitely does not need gear, just a good training plan, lots of food, consistency and time.
This thread is exactly why I think T-Nation is the best training forum on the net. Most other forums I’ve joined to become a part of and learn from other people are just full of people completely normalizing steroid use for anyone and every one no matter their training history, current stats, or mental state.
Other places seem so de-sensitized that it’s often about the stack rather than training being discussed. It’s boring and there’s nothing to be gained from being active there for most people. It’s a good look into current society though.
To the guys making considered educated choices on things that are important to you. You keep doing you.
Let’s say this is true. That means this 150lb guy can do 16 reps as if he weighed 194lbs. That is very impressive for a person who needs to learn how to train. He has got to have some muscle to do that.
Now let’s assume he is 10% body fat. That would be pretty lean. So, he would be carrying 15lbs of fat. Add 44lbs of weight (“fat”). Now we have a 194lb person with 59lbs of fat. That is a person who is about 30% body fat.
So, you tell me that a person who weighs 194lbs with a body fat percentage of 30% is going to rep out some pullups? Not a chance.
So, the real question is whether the person is grossly exaggerating his capability. I just assumed he was truthful. Plus I started taking Dianabol when I was 22 years old. In retrospect, it wasn’t a terrible mistake for me.
