Hello everyone, I’m new to the site and just wanted to say thanks for all the great info. My main goal as of now is to still lose some weight. but at the same time I don’t want to lose any muscle mass.
So I’ve been sorta following along with Dave Barr’s Carbohydrate Tolerance: Frontline Fat Loss. Again just chiming in to say hello and thanks so far.
btw just ordered some creatine and HOT-ROX. one quick guestion. should I be using the Surge after a work out if i’m trying to lose weight with low carb? or maybe just eat some thing with a few carbs in it. not the large amount that Surge has?.
