Newbee and Ghrp-6

Alternating G 2 and G 6… moved to only GHRP 2 starting Friday morning, and decided to eat like a pig to check it’s ability to keep up with the fat. Happy to say, I ate like a pig Friday night, and Saturday night, along with all day yesterday…and suprised at just how tight my stomach is this morning.

GHRP 6 does not do this for me. It does other nice things…but… GHRP 2 definitely helps me stay trimmer.

Started today with something different.

Was doing GHRP 2 for the last week. Ate like a pig the week before, and continued to…used the GHRP 2 to pull my AB area in from all that food. Noticed the elbows hurt like crap, so wanted to go back to GHRP 6 for the benefit for tendons.

Today I got up and did a half pin of 2, then stuck it in the 6 vial and did another half of that.
Stacked them up in the pin, probably got 75 mcg of both. Gonna try and do that a few times a day…
see if I can get rid of the tendonitis pain.

Its about 100 mcg of both each pin. Got two in yesterday…going minimum of two pins a day.

Dose should be close to 100 mcg of 2, and 100 mcg of 6, and both twice or three times a day.

So far, can see there was no interuption in the GHRP 2 and what it was doing. Too early for 6 yet.

Putting the GHRP 2 into my belly, and putting 100 mcg of GHRP 6 into the skin near my elbow…100 both sides. I know…it’s all mental putting it in the elbow. And I know…there are many, many more receptors near the belly. But both elbows feel better… Must be luck, but I’ll take it.

My vial of GHRP 2 got old I believe, toward the end of it. I stopped sleeping with the same cycles and dreams…and noticed at the time that my vial was getting down to almost empty. That, and during that vial about half way through I went back to GHRP 6 for a few days, and maybe the GHRP 2 got old toward the end…and lost its effectiveness.

I need some insight here please!! I am 24 and I am paralyzed. I am thinking of taking this for a couple reasons. One is to see if I will re-grow some nerve ending (wishful thinking) and two is to gain muscle and lean out. I need to be very cautious as I can gain body fat in the ab area due to the lack of having using of my core. I have been working out for about 6 years now and I am pretty fit right now. I am just curious about the extra edge and helping me with my pain in the shoulders and wrists from tendentious.

That being said, what is the difference between GHRP6 and 2? I have read and it seems like appetite and possibly no affect of the prolactic on the 2… I have a lean diet now and do not want to gain weight with bodyfat. I want to build lean muscle because I train for triathlons and endurance. Is this possible with 6 or 2?

I also do not want to have the effects of too much prolactin in my body and have nipple secretion or the gyno. I guess what I am asking is what will give me the least chance for this and what is it that I read that can be taken to prevent this?

Next question is, am I too young for this? Should I just settle with a test boost or is it beneficial to try this?

I see a lot of people talking about using this with cjc also? Do you think this is necessary? If so which one the 1295 or 93 and why. I remember reading that 95 increases for too long and that is not a good thing.

Can you explain when it should be taken (is pwo pre or post) and how much. Some do it twice a day and some are doing it three times a day. I assume the three times a day is to keep the GH release more constant? A friend of mine takes it twice a day once before workout and before bed. I know not to eat carbs 30 before or after subQ.

Now, aside from those questions can you inform me on what IGF is and MGF please

If we take a protein pre workout is it necessary to do so afterwards?

Here’s a little…pickin this apart pc by pc…

I have found a lot better results with putting protein in pre shake (per BBB’s instructions) to the tune of 45 mg. I also put 25 mg in post shake, but that is with 40 g of Carbs or Waxy Maize powder.

With your case, from my experience, the GHRP 6 is the one of the two that will give you extra appetite…BUT, that said, not unless you do plenty of it. I notice no appetite at all on doses of 100 mcg… And I noticed on GHRP 6 that it helped my tendons. Did not notice that effect on GHRP2.

GHRP 2 I have noticed, tends to keep me leaner…can’t promise it burns fat, but if it does and it is not my imagination…GHRP 2 is the one for that, NOT GHRP 6.

( I have now combined the two of them, and do 100 mcg of each, together, 2-3 times a day.)

I am battling tendonitis in both elbows, and have for a couple years.

Hopefully LURX will chime in, I think he has always liked GHRP with CJC 1295.

I have been told by the Rep for the peptides company I use, that either one is a LONG term thing. I can tell you my strength is way up, and I have noticed some increase in size…and that comes from a guy who is 47 years old, with a T level that is at the bottom of the scale…so it must be doin something.

Rec’d dose is prolly 100-200 and done 2-3 times per day. You’ll love the dreams and sleep on it.

Watch for some more qualified folks to chime in…

Opened a brand new vial of GHRP 6 yesterday, and did 200 mcg pre bed. Got the best rest and some nice long dreams too. Starting to see that the 6 is better for me for sleep. After 3 weeks, the GHRP 2 really doesn’t do anything. Dropped the combined doses, didn’t get anything from that. Going back to straight 6 starting last night. The 200 dose was nice, going back to 200 at wake, and 200 at bed time.

Going to Disneyworld very soon, and packing the 6 and some pins in my overnight case. Called airline, and as long as it is packed in my checked bag, no issue, no confiscation. Looking forward to getting decent sleep in the hotel room with a 200 dose of 6 at night pre bed. Can’t sleep in hotel rooms, this should help.

In the past, used a sleep aid, but would then wake up sleepy and irritable.

Been about 4 months now. Can’t honestly say I will stay with this GHRP stuff. Have 3 vials left, but really can’t tell what it is doing…other than the sleep help, which I LOVE. But just waiting to see if I notice anything better on 200 twice a day.

UPDATE on GHRP 6.

I woke up today, mentioned above I had a good night’s sleep after a 200 mcg dose pre bed.

This morning, I did a 200 dose at wake. That had to be 7:00 AM or so.

Went to gym and did a Hell Bent session of 10 x 10 Goblet Squats holding a 40 lb Dumbell in each hand,

followed by a 10 x 10 session of, first, leaning close(touching) grip Pushups followed immediately by

Cable Pushdowns.(did 10 pushups, then 10 cable pushdowns, rest, repeat ten times.) Got a great pump from

the Squats, then almost over did the pump on Triceps. Could have stopped at 8 of the double sets…

Went home, did my post shake. Probably two full hours later, I did a 350 mcg dose of GHRP 6 to try and

get the appetite surge I used to get. Set timer for 25 minutes… Was in shower, and you could say I

got a very, very slight hypo feeling…came out and ate at the 26-27 minute mark. I was hungry, but that

was just due to the workout, and it was time to eat. No “amazing Hunger” from the GHRP 6 at 350 mcg dose.

I started GHRP 6 back in September…about the 20th or so I suppose. Have alternated a little GHRP 2 in

there with it, but I can say that after 3 and a half months, there is no more hunger surge to be had with

it. Got great sleep last night…but I am leaning to believe that the best thing about this stuff is

the sleep you get. Have not noticed much of anything that I can, without a doubt, say is due to the

GHRP.

Still have 3 vials left, not giving up, but not too impressed with this stuff’s ability to add muscle.

The sleep part seems to be the best. Still evaluating, but not overly impressed. Not sure that just

upping the TRT 50 a week wouldn’t do a LOT more at this point. Not necessarily going to do that, just

saying…

So you dont think its good for adding muscle but think it helps remaining lean and sleeping?

For the GHRP 2, it does help me stay lean…

and BOTH GHRP 2 and GHRP 6 help me sleep better. Yeah, you got it.

BUT, I have to add one thing. LURX a while back, and several other people have told me to add CJC 1295 with either GHRP. I have read a bunch about it, and that is the next thing I am going to do after our vacation. It really adds a lot to the effectiveness of the GHRP. Everyone concurs on that. AND, by itself, the GHRP really doesnt do much for muscle gains…again, by itself.

I looked at your AVI, and if you are trying to add weight, at levels of 350 mcg or so, the hunger you get 20 min after dose with GHRP 6 is beneficial. I have noticed after 3-4 months though, that the hunger deal is no longer there at all at that dose.

Gonna go find a guy named LURX, he is a great guy and can help me with the CJC…

Huh I have been wondering about these for a while. I might have to get some as i believe you have said they are dirt cheap. I could use any boost in sleep as well.

The hunger thing is no issue i can eat as much food as i want i dont get full.

That’s funny you say that…if you only knew…I am 47 years old, Dad, husband, etc…and just started training 31 months ago. Tried it in my 20’s and 30’s and could never put on mass. This time, I have gone from 163 to about 203 today. Still tall and thin, but with muscle you can barely see if I wear a t shirt. :slight_smile:

Sorry to see your Pack go down. Rogers is the biggest star in the NFL, and has a long time to play yet.

I use P Peptides, and they have been just fine. I think the CjC is a little more, but the GHRP is like 8 bucks a vial. I think you can get a 4 pack for 29 bucks or something. Seems like they last 3 - 4 weeks. And the sleep is so much better. Not longer necesarrily, and not interupted necesarrily but much higher quality sleep going through 1 2 3 4 3 3 then into REM more than once a night. The whole cycles are the best.

It doenst take a long time to build up for the sleep to start working? Does it seem like the muscle/fat gain/loss benefits to come after a longer duration of use?

God the better sleep sounds great. Considering the last 2 weeks or so my mind is deciding to get me only 1hr of continuous sleep and a total of 4-5 a night. Just laying in bed awake sucks!
