Newb Q'

First of all I would like to mention that this site is an amazing one! really.
The amount of valuable info it contains is huge.
I know it doesn’t matter which program you pick and the thing you should concentrate on is just working hard… but I was wondering as a beginner is there a difference in which program I begin with?
I wanted to start with the TBT but the BBB seems more appealing for now, because the the change in set/rep scheme is greater and for now I think thats what I need to get bigger, because until now I only used high rep low set schemes… and is it a good Idea to start with BBB and then change to TBT?
or should I pick other program after the BBB?
First I would like to know with which one should I start though…
Anyways I would appreciate any comments and tips, Thanks.

Hi

i don’t know your training history, so it’s not easy to say, but as a beginner I would recommend starting with BBB (upper/lower split 2x weeks each) and then after maybe 4-6 weeks progressing to TBT (full Body 3x week, which is more intense)

After that you can change programs again to a more advanced one (whatever fits your goals best), just make sure to keep track of your progress, eat enough, do some deloading/recovery for ~1 week every ~6 weeks of heavy lifting and change programs at least every 6-8 weeks

I agree and BBB will serve you just fine if you have a bit of experience get in there and just work hard bro. Do the program and to completetion amnd see how the results are how it is for you ansd move to the next TBT would be fine. Get a few years of doing this type of thing and see what works best for you over time.

many ppl get stuck in One way to early and never try different schemes, then others change weekly and never give each a chance. Id run the gammot try everything from a full body to a biog time body part spilt and give each a LONG run and see what works what doesnt,

Thanks a lot thats exactly what I’m going to do… Il try the BBB for a while and then il move to a more advanced program such as TBT and of course train on eating healthy and maintaining that life style.
