Obviously he goofed on one of the ages (probably the instagram one, since he posted that picture many years later), but I’d be curious how long it took him to go from the skinny kid to that point. Based on what he looked like at 19, it had to be pretty damn fast. I hope this doesn’t get taken as me hating in anyway shape or form, I’m always impressed by AC.

Well I finally had a look at this one, and all I’ll say is definitely juiced, but not impressive at all.
with your short limbs you have made fast gains on your legs and arms, yet the place that matters most in bodybuilding is the V taper and broad shoulder girth.
this you will never attain due to your very under average length clavicles.
to explain furthur, the length between the middle of your chest and your shoulders is too short, due to the length of bone there.
I am not sure how much genetics from your parents plays into this, however it is also a good possibility that your decision to begin juicing at such a young age quite possibly could have put an end to your growth in these bones, forever preventing you from obtaining the physique you were trying for.
Competing will be very disapointing for you, as no matter how big your limbs get, you will never be able to compete with anyone in the front and back poses. Anybody with a wider back will likely place a head of you, and quite frankly as I said above, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.
good ol’ p22…
does he even have a procard? this must be very humbling for him.

Oh btw what AC is on is ridiculously low, and not just for a pro
sorry i have been the cause of many of the derails but i actually think the thread is decent.
re AC obviously you can’t give too much away but without putting too fine a point on it - how exactly do you explain the fact that he is a young kid and has the face of an old man? it’s not just cos he is lean or it’s his genetics, you see with quite a few BBers that some look much much older in the face.
btw this is not meant to insult the guy, it is an interesting aspect of the sport.

I think some guys are more predisposed to this than others
From what ive seen with a good friend of mine the combo of tren (just 350mg/week here) + lack of sleep for anything over 10weeks will make your face age pretty fast. It somewhat reverse when stopping tren but not fully
Again this is just from what ive seen with my friend
Concerning AC i think its downright disrespectfull to call “Palumboism”
Its just a combination of drugs + predisposition but again I think even low dose tren can do this
Hell just go without sleep for 2-3days and see how your face looks haha (think post rave…)

Way is doing just fine, he’s currently working with John Meadows and loving it. Floating around the 265lb area.
Very cool! Thanks alot for posting - he was on another site and disappeared from that too, always wondered what happened.
has he competed yet?
No problem, it was a shame to see him go.
He hasn’t competed yet, no. Last thing I knew he was still contemplating the Knox Classic for this year, but hasn’t deciding on anything officially as of yet. I’m personally (and obviously!) hoping he decides to do it, because it’d be fun to see a behemoth like him on stage matching up against other competitors.

thanks for the response. yes “palumboism” is ridiculous and an ignorant accusation.
re tren i thought this was the case, i wonder what is actually going on for this to happen to the face and it doesn’t happen with other stuff. does your friend know what causes “moon face”? has tren caused any thickening of your friend’s brow or other parts of face (i know that is using linked with gh but thought i heard it was tren too)
Sorry for the derails, Zraw. I was only joking about the Palumboism.
I have fun tossing that around in various threads because it’s such an odd and mysterious potential malady in BBing.
