There’s a lot of space between ‘full of oil’ and ‘none.’ Lanky didn’t deny the possibility that Heath uses some, he simply stated that if he does(implied part of his statement), then he uses just enough to still have vascularity showing, striation/grain of the muscle showing, and his arms clearly change shapes as he flexes/relaxes and changes poses.
None of the above are apparent in the earlier posted video. The more recent one however, shows no signs of insane SEO use; dudes shoulders are still huge as fuck and his rear delts still pop, but they look like they actually belong on and move with his body.
