I’m thinking 315/405/280 ought to do it.
Currently I’m moving 285/375/255, so if I keep at it, this should be quite doable.
Once I accomplish this, I’m going to shift my focus to my olympic lifts, and try to get 85/100.

Getting my Inzer single ply gear in two weeks so hopefully:
- Hit a 250kg Raw deadlift, 160kg Raw bench, 200kg Raw squat
- Make provincial colours and head to nationals in the 83kg-93kg (182.6lbs - 204.5lbs) single ply IPF divison
- Graduate from college with my Degree
- Become more involved with the powerlifting community in my country by helping out at events, training with some guys when I can around the country and so forth
- Do an Exodus tribute show which is making some good headway so far in getting the songs down
1000 raw total in 165 class for 4/1 meet.
Continue to progress lifts, improve total from April meet during October meet, and run one marathon each month (starting from March 5th).
The real goal: Somehow try to do this all without destroying my body in the process.
Another New Year’s resolution: not get hurt or injured.
2011 - broke my fibula and tore every ligament in my ankle during football, separated my shoulder, and had a severe concussion.
2010 - broken hand, broken back, concussion, sprained ankle.
2009 - tore a bursa sac in my elbow, strained my hamstring.
I’ve still never played a full season of high school football. I have one last shot. Let’s hope it goes well.
