whats everyones new years resolution?
I have yet to come up with one…
But after reading a tone of articles, and the Physique Clinic.
Im certain:
I need better management of time.
so i can eat right, and sleep right.
my INTENSITY in workouts need to be maxed out!
And I’m already starting off the new year 20lbs lighter thanks to the V-diet that I’m gonna finish on New Years(FINALLY)…but I’d like to lose another 25lbs…so I guess I’ll focus on that weight loss goal to.

You can’t always predict or control what you will achieve and how things turn out, but you definitely can control what you do in order to make the outcome as good as possible.

Should your C&J be that much higher than your BP, if higher at all? Are you an Olympic lifter?
As for my new years resolution, I guess it would be to continue learning from experience and being prepared to make mistakes in order to find the best way for me.
I want to maintain my huge weight loss. And meet certain weightlifting goals. Most importantly, keep my diet in order while I’m away at school, its much harder there.
I don’t believe in them. Most of them are made on New Years Eve when you are drunk or when you think it will get you laid, or both; “Oh baby, I resolve to go down on you every third and twelfth day of every month this next year if you just do that thing that you do with your tongue to me now.”
But, if I have to make one ,then here goes.
I resolve to get Healthier, Lose Fat and get Muscleier. Is that a word? I resolve to make people start using the word “Muscleier” this next year, definition: ‘for one to be more muscular than one previously was’. Can I have two resolutions?
I am going to get the body I should have had years ago. I am going to look good Nekkid and I will not have to be nekkid for people to know that I lift.
