Tell me how my advise is bad ?

Learn to spell asswipe.

You told the guy he’s not big, when he clearly is (big, not huge). I’m also fairly certain he’d place reasonably well in a bodybuilding comp.

Now go away, and maybe take your own advice?

Looking good…is there a weight limit for your height in the competition?

How do they distinguish between a “muscle model” and a natural bodybuilder? There must be a weight limit right?
Hi,

Thanks Man!

Actually for Muscle Modeling, a lot of natural bodybuilders compete in that category as well. It gives you the opportunity to show another side of your personality as it maximizes your exposure and stage opportunities.

Also it gives you the chance to be in a more relaxed state than when bodybuilding. It is great because it gives you a chance to show photographers and magazines your body language, the way you express yourself; key elements when shooting. It is a good way for them to see what you are made off.

As you can see, there isn’t really a weight class limit; the goal is to bring the overall package! Of course, a huge lean guy that knows how to pose and express himself on stage will rank better than someone that only poses well, but that does not bring it physically.

Don’t worry OP, Drivethruhero is just jealous of you. Not only that, but he got flamed pretty badly for 6 pages (and counting) on his own pathetic RMP thread.

OP, you have an excellent physique! Props!
Thanks

And I know there is still room for improvement. As njrusmc mentionned I will work on my back width.

whats your offseason weight?
Before starting my in-season I was at 210 and this next year I will try to move it up to 215 amd if possible 220.

This is a good example of how the magazines mess up the heads of younger/new trainers. 195 lbs in contest conditioning, without the use of AAS is an amazing accomplishment at any height. If it was my avatar that Hero was refering to, I should point out that even though I do weight 195 in that particular pic (at 5’9) I’m currently dieting, and would have to be at least 180 lbs to display the conditioning JJ currently sports (actually the guys who typically place in natural shows at my height are all UNDER 170 lbs -lol).

Looking good JJ, good luck adding some mass, but don’t ruin your lines. Younger guys don’t understand this and all think they’re gonna look like Ronnie if they take enough creatine.

S

hmm weren’t you in one of the new editions of MD for that contest? I thought I saw you in there…

Great work!

ok drivethru, i’ve been quiet until now but seriously, op looks awesome and you, my friend, do not. your advice is so generic it is totally useless. drink milk? are you a dairy farmer or what? furthermore, this guy seems to have put in way more time than 2 yrs. i dont think he wants any advice from mclovin

or just read any of his posts ANYWHERE. It’s like looking at a 15 year old version of me trying to give out advice to people. Me before I got in some grain-thresher accident that extended my neck by 5"

The fact that youre on stage and have tan+oil surely inflates your rating. Otherwise sorry youre not big, mate. Random guy above with a back-double-bi shot in his avatar has thicker back/arms then you do.

Altho im not dissin you, since youre making your living off your body so to speak, just talking from purely score point of view.
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH your an expert? Holy shit drivethru you definatley need a brain. OP has 50 times the body you would ever have. Slather on some oil yourself and slither outta her you long necked worm. Dumbass…

Great work OP. I would love to see you on stage next to drivethru…Although he would slaughter you in the neck flex…

Drivethru, did not swallow that…

looking scrawny is not bad when you have an awesome body and you do my friend, you are surely a bodybuilder. when proportion is right, no matter how much you weight, you look light.
