Just got a few pics from my friend who was actually the one who first dragged me into the weight room in college. Despite the fact that my neck always seems to totally atrophy during contest preps, I thought this was a pretty cool shot of my girl Cat and myself about to haul our ‘hardware’ out in the busy Manhattan night in search of Cheeseburgers

Trained out at Bev Francis’s gym today. Wore my WNBF Pro Natural T-shirt, and after getting quite a number of stares from usual gym goers (which usually means you’re in seriously good shape), a few people recognized me from the hercules… cool -lol.

Living the dream! This must be how Arnie felt everywhere in the world back in the day.
Do you ever train at the Rego Park NYSC? I think I saw you there 1-2 weeks ago.
Keep up the good work!

Yep! That’s where I’ve been training since my gym of the last 6 years (Platinum) went under. Not the most hardcore gym,… actually, not even a well equipped gym IMO, but I can walk there in 20 mins and not have to worry about finding parking for my car afterward
Thanks Jak3. You do realize that this resurrected thread is about 4 months old right?
(not that I really mind everyone being reminded again though -lol)

Sweet! Hope to run into you again.
And I agree, the gym has the BARE MINIMUM in terms of effective lifting equipment, which is typically unavailable during busy times.
