New Ways To Play With My Balls

Heya manimals. I’ve been wanting to get into a full body assault using my sissel swiss ball (Known around the home as “Coney Island Bill”) I know Chucky P had some good bi/tri movements for the thing. Any of you come up with some innovative, pain-inducing stuff to use on it? Thanks.

Try doing lunges off them with the front foot balanced on the ball. Just be careful! (Fiendish laughter). Also, Bulgarian squats with the rear foot supported by the top of the ball. If you’re too unstable, push the ball against a wall so that it gives you extra support. In time, you’ll graduate to doing them free style.
