Hey everyone. New here. Just got out of college and am looking forward to getting on with my life. Too much beer and parties have got me looking a little flabby. Are there any supplements for a beginner that would be of some help. Just looking to lose weight and build a better body. Thanks.

Do NOT worry about supplements to begin with. There is no magic pill and no easy way. Just eat clean, lift hard and the changes will come. Depending on what your goals are, once you get a good solid healthy base, THEN you can start looking at other things. For most people new to the iron game…it would take at least a good year before adding supps.
