New to TBT, Help!

So I’m trying to get my overweight brother started with a total body training program while he is dieting and losing weight. I’ve been doing searches any everything but does anyone have suggestions? I need a total body program that is beginner level. He’ll be dieting so I’m probably gonna have him decrease his rest sets and add weight when he can as far as progression goes.

Squats
Stiff leg
Dumbellpresses
Close grip pulldowns
Bent over rows
Shoulderpress with dumbells
If you want to:
Bicepcurls
Frenchpress

and maybe add some ab work

If you’re gonna be doing this 3 times a week, don’t go to high on the sets. A full-body program can be very exhausting on the body.

Doesn’t this really belong in the beginners section?

yeh but I accidentally put it here, mods can move it if they want. But yeh, well he’s new to weightlifting so I just needa find something to get him started. And he is very overweight which makes it even harder,
