@Singhbuilder 250mg seems a bit low though ? or is that plenty ?
Im a firm believer in less is more when it comes to drugs. If you can make good gains on 250mg a week on your first run then why not? Save higher doses when you stop growing on these. Dont forget that its not just 250mg of test, you’re also running EQ so your total aas is more than 250mg a week.

No problem. Sometimes we forget total weekly aas and just focus on test. For example 500mg test E plus 40mg ED dbol amounts to almost 800mg a week of gear. Thats alot but we’d just see the 500mg test and see its a light cycle.

SO many reasons to dial back your dose by like 70%.
Generally accepted brosciences:
-FIrst and foremost, every respected poster on here will say that a test only cycle for your first cycle is best, almost as many will say that less is more, especially for a 1st cycle.

-Your first cycle your body is going to respond great.
-The more you take now to get that next level the more you are going to need to take later to get to the next and even to maintain.
-You want to gain quality mass, basically i take that to mean the stuff that isnt water/nitrogen retention. How much do you think you can gain in 12 weeks?
-Which brings me to the next reason which is how much do you think you will keep? The faster you gain the faster you lose it.
-Finally more dose more sides, wouldnt you want to know if it is the 750 test or the 600 EQ causing it? I mean lets be real this isnt going to be your last rodeo…unless something goes very wrong, which the higher the doses and the earlier in your career the more likely that is to happen.

Yes. every 3 if you really want. First cycle you will get mad gains off a small dose and the sides will be easy to control.
Agree with Botslayer - 250mg every third day averages out to 583mg/week. Great first cycle. As to the EQ, I have no personal experience with it (actually starting a test e/eq cycle this weekend) - but general consensus around here is to start with one compound so you can see what it feels like and how you respond/react to it. After that, opinions vary - some say to continue with the same compound by itself at the same dose until your gains start dropping off, then add another compound. Others say after the first cycle you can start adding compounds one at a time.
By adding compounds one at a time you know how you respond to each one, and if/when you start seeing unwanted side effects, you have a better idea of which one is causing them and can adjust accordingly. If you throw a bunch in at once (even two), then you have no way of telling which one did what.
For meeally nothing at all but more gyno… stay safe there’s no good reason to anything more than 500 mg of test unless you are competing… I figured the more I do the more I’d see gains but, that was not the case… I’m 6’3 270lbs my first cycle I started at 255lbs gained 15lbs in a month & a half & I was just doing 500mg of test, Anadrol 50 & I grew just fine later in my cycles I up the doses & there were no significant changes or increase in strength, power or size… try changing your compounds every cycle your body grows a tolerance really fast… shock the body every month change up your cycle & you will never have to keep going up in mg’s
