I will be bumping my protein to 1.5 to 2 grams per lean bodymass because when on cycle the protein synthesis of the body increase? ( is this a good plan?)
I will be bulking and i will be doing a bro split.
Is it okay if i will tell the brand of T that i will be using and ask if it’s okay? Or it’s not allowed in this forum?
Should i remove dbol and just run a Test E only cycle? Why?
Is 12.5mg of aromasin per week is enough or what doses should i add it before i incorporate it in my cycle?
Any tips for my training should i continue bro splits or PPL? Also, In Nutrition any tips?
You need to give details. We don’t know anything about your age, height, weight, training, nutrition, goals, or anything like that. It’s hard to tell if you are running a “good” cycle if we don’t know anything about you. Also, don’t talk about brands or sources on here.

Skip the dbol on a first cycle. Aromasin is usually 12.5mg twice a week. But you may need more. Or none at all. It’s kind of hard to know until you get into it. Get pre cycle blood work.
Your test dosage and length are good. Traditionally we are all supposed to say testosterone ONLY for first cycle. Now dbol is a test based compound and pretty well tolerated across the board. I’m not going to get after you for having it in your plan but really there isn’t a real need. That test at 500 mgs a week is going to do a lot more than you realize going in. The one point I do want to make for you taking out the dbol is it is a heavy aromatizer. It’s going to add an extra level of difficulty trying to figure out your AI dosage. For that reason alone I would leave it out plus you are going to be blown away by what just using test at 500 mgs does to you. It’s your first cycle just deal with managing one compound this time, there are plenty of cycles to come. (You will be taking another one)
You asked about the aromasin dosage. I will answer like this, with my brands at just 500 mgs a week I would need 12.5 EOD. Basically you will probably need to play with the dosage to finely dial it in. The only way we KNOW if our estrogen is in an optimal window is through blood work.
Your protien looks good but 2 grams per pound is as high as I would go. I have read the most we ever need is one per pound but there are so many types of protien and everyone is different then we have the increased synthisis on cycle. I don’t know what a bro split is so.
For extra supplements I always use glutamine, helps with recovery and soarness. Amino acids, one of the three components to building muscle. Then arginine, helps support nitrogen and one of the big selling points for some AAS is increased nitrogen retention.
To piggyback on what he just said, I added ALCAR to my supplement regimen and it has made a noticeable difference in my levels of energy and overall feeling of “hey, life isn’t too bad”. It also seems to have a bit of a benefit to libido, though I can’t truly differentiate between it and the testosterone, at least not in a way that translates to words.
Eat a lot of eggs. That’s become my new rule for myself. I used to eat maybe 8-10 a week and I’ve doubled that. They’re packed with amino acids, protein, and they are significantly cheaper than almost any other source of those things. Hard boil a dozen on Monday, throw them in the fridge, and you’ve got yourself an easy, ready-made protein snack whenever you need something on the go.
I just started my first cycle last Saturday so I can’t give a whole lot of knowledge other than what I have read in my own research. I’m currently taking 12.5 mg of Aromasin EOD but am in the phase where i’m trying to figure out how much i actually need.
Almost same stats, i’m 25, 179.5 starting weight and was 13% bf.
After reading a ton and even more talking with friends who have done cycles, everyone says to do a test only first cycle. This way you know what you react to, keep it simple, and first cycle you make a shit ton of gains anyways so you don’t need the extra stuff. I am even doing 375MG of Test Cyp a week. Lower than your 500. We will see how it goes, most folk seem to think that’ll still be plenty as its not an exponential curve of how much test to take. Then for my second cycle i’ll go up to 500. But I am in a slight debate about this so it could change down the road.
For the PCT, you want to give 2 weeks after final injection to let the test leave your system before starting PCT or its a waste. You may also want to look into taking HCG for those 2 inbetween weeks. Gets the testies kick started to help you better keep all the gains you just worked so hard to get.

Ok, first everyone is different and to truely know it takes blood work. Just have to put that in there.
If I were you I would do the 25 mgs split into two equal doses twice a week. Like 12.5 on Monday then again on Thursday.
I say again only way to know is blood work but that being said I have a few tricks I know I can use because of how MY BODY reacts. They might work for you idk. When we have high estrogen levels typically we tend to retain more water. If you do incline bench sit-ups / crunches then elevate it to steepest angle. When you get on and your head is below your heart if you feel the blood pressure go up real quick then you might be retaining water and your heart is having to work harder. Our blood pressure goes up when we retain water so any indication of elevated high blood pressure could mean retained water from high estrogen. The other sign I use is my legs. I hold water there first so I use my sock method. I get those athletic socks that go half way up the calves. I pull them all the way up. Then if after I have worn them for a while if I can see the fabric imprint in my skin, like see the thread impressions in my skin, I know I am retaining water and that is from high estrogen. I also sometimes wear sandals around the house. If I see my skin on my foot bulging out around the straps of the sandal then again I know I am retaining water from estrogen on cycle.
I know those indicators work for me and my body. Maybe some other members have other ways to self monitor high estrogen that does not include having multiple blood panels on cycle.
You should be able to tell real quickly if you tank your estrogen and make it go too low. You will be tired, moody, and have dry joints. If you get to that point then wait 4-5 days before using a lower dose of AI.
Go read up on signs of high and low estrogen for men. I tend to remember the signs that show up in me and my above listed signs are by no means a complete list.
You asked about Nolvadex on cycle. The preferred method of dealing with gyno ON cycle is an AI like aromasin. There are some situations where we do need a SERM on cycle but those are due to using certain compounds and possible interactions between them. Very seldom do we need a SERM on cycle. A test only cycle should absolutely not require one on cycle.

The way you described “bro split” is what I call “directed isolation .” That is how I learned to workout and that is what I stick too.

Sunday, triceps
Monday, biceps and for arms
Tuesday shoulders and traps
Wednesday back
Thursday chest
Friday legs
And Saturday if I do go then core / abs.
If you can do core / abs every day then why not go train it on your “rest day” and at least do a little sweating to help burn a little more fat.
This lay out (and the one you listed) engages your push movement which uses triceps EOD so there is some time to recover before you use it again. Same thing with your pull movements that use biceps.
Depending on day and energy level then I do 4-6 exercises (8-9 for shoulders day because of the three pieces to the shoulder) and I do 4 sets of each exercise. Rep count for most stuff is 15,12,10 and pushing for 10 on the forth.
This amount of weight training isn’t the “perfect” way to get the absolute most volume out of the least effort but it does pack on serious mass that stays with you. Everyone who has worked out with me has commented on how it just puts serious “sticking” muscle on them.
Your smaller muscles (like the three parts to the shoulder) tend to get better results with higher reps when they are already tired, with a contract and release approach. No need to hold it at the Apex of your movement or go super slow when you lower it. Just pop and squeeze, lower it and repeat.
The bigger muscles tend to do better with the higher weight, less rep intense, contract and slow controlled lowering.
At least that’s what I learned from Ferrigno.(the different ways you work large vs small muscles) Any man who could compete and win in the golden age of body building and the 90s early days of the mass monsters has got to know something. Plus Ferrigno will be the ONLY man in history to play the Incredible Hulk. From now on they will use CGI for the green bastard.
So yeah what you said should definitely put some good quality mass on you. Provided you eat and sleep correctly. The gym is where you break your muscle, sleep is when you build your muscle and food is how you fuel the process.
Plenty of guys went and bought one bottle of test e 250 and ran it tens weeks for first cycle. Quite a lot of those guys put on 10-15 pounds from that kind of cycle. The amount you put on depends on how you train and eat not to mention gym history and genetics.
Natural testosterone production is around 7-10 mgs per day. TRT levels are usually around 100 mgs a week and that tends to get guys into the upper end of what is considered optimal levels. So 375 a week is almost 4 times what is considered the high end of optimal levels.
375 a week could most definitely be a wonderful first cycle if not a good level for the first few cycles. My first cycle was 400 mgs a week of a blend of medium, long and extra long esters. I was definitely happy with results.
If guys can grow on 250 a week then 375 should be even better. However ultimately some might require 500-750 to get a response but those are few and far between. You will only know if 375 works if you run it.
bro you dont need that much test for your first time. ive seen ppl start out great with just 250mg… and dont do anything other than testosterone on the first cycle
After reading a research article showing test use at 250 - 300 and 500 I have decided to up mine to 500. It looks like there is a very noticeable increase in muscle mass gain over 12 weeks at 500 vs the 300 i was going to be close too. It also shows to burn more fat at that level as well. The numbers were something like 11.4 lbs of muscle for 12 weeks at 300 vs 17.1 at 500mg. Which is a substantial amount to me so as of this Friday I will be up to 500. It seems that much above the 500 is where it really slows down and the amount of test doesn’t affect the amount of muscle gained as drastically.
