I’m new, to TRT and the fourm. I have been through all posts and couldn’t find anything on this. I don�??t have all the blood work numbers will be re-tested in 1 month. I’m 37 my TT? was 425. With all the symptoms of low T.
I have been on testim 1% 50mg for 2 weeks feeling much better as far as mood, energy and libido.
The question is has anyone had anxiety or the feeling of someone having a firm grip on your Boy’s?

I thought the energy was due to a normal level of T. is there something in the Testim that gives the energy efferct?
Is it normal for your Scrotum to tighten and why would that happen?
With external T entering the body, the testes shut down then the scrotum pulls up to keep them warm. HCG will help most guys if this condition is caught soon enough. Your boys will fill back up, and drop back down.
Is your ejaculate volume way down from before, or from what you remember? This is one of the symptoms that I noticed personally and have heard others mention. If your “boys” don’t ache, and your woman doesn’t tell cherub jokes about you, then it may not be a big deal for you. But for many it is…
LOL, No jokes yet, everything seems normal other than a few days of the vice grip feeling. It seems to have gone away and the “boys” feel like they are the same size.
I would prefer to keep them where they are.
Is the Shrinkage a sign of things to come like gyno?

Have you been spending a exorbitant amount of time in a cold swimming pool and/or do you take a plethora of cold showers?

Gyno only happens if your TRT is way out of whack. Of course, you have to be one of the guys that readily coverts T to E2. Respectively speaking, on a moderate dose of T, you’re not likely to develop gyno. That said, always keep an eye on your E2 (estradiol) levels to make sure your T is free and not bound (SHBG)or converting to E2. Does that help?
