Anyone who’s even mildly interested in strongman and is within a 2, 3, 4 hour drive of sacramento should make this trip. Just make a day of it.
While most crews are pretty open in terms of welcoming new members it isnt every day that they are THIS open. And believe me, if you like the training for strongman you’ll LOVE competing in it. Competing is 10x better
