Say RV is 280lbs at 25% BF (thats a fair assessment based on his pic I would think) That means he has 70lbs of fat and 210lbs of LBM. Even if he stripped off 40lbs of pure fat (which would be implausable and wouldnt account for glycogen stores and water weight) he would still be at 13%+ which isnt exactly “lean”
Do you think he could lose 40lbs of pure fat without dropping any LBM while drinking Vegan Shakes all day? Doubt it.

I just had this idea that RV wakes up in the morning, showers, puts his pants on and whatnot, then just doesn’t feel completely ‘dressed’ until he throws on the ol’ shoestring rag tank (AKA ‘rank’).
After which he goes about his day completely oblivious to the fact that he is, in point of fact, still woefully under-dressed.
