New Recipe

Try it…I made it up for the kids tonight and they put it away like pirannas coming home from vegetable camp.

Lean Chix Breast sliced thin
Fresh Cilantro chopped (approx. handfull)
Pineapple cubed
Olive oil (enough to saute)
white onion chopped
garlic fine chopped (2 cloves)
1/2 lemon
hot peppers of choice (optional)

Saute onion & garlic in olive oil
add chix & cook through then lower heat
add pineapple and cilantro
squeeze lemon juice and stir
cover and simmer for 5 min

I added hot peppers to my serving seperately since the kids aren’t into the heat yet.

Don’t know the protein/fat/carb ratios, but I figured (and hope) the nutrition gurus out there will chime in on that.

Sounds pretty good.

Kinda hard to give you a nutritional breakdown because we don’t know how many servings etc. it made.
