New PRIDE Rules

Its supposed to be an exhibition boxing match that Tito demanded as part of his last contract negotiation. I’ve heard that it is probably cancelled, but recent advertising suggests it may still be on? I hope they knock each other out.

Eddie Bravo was right, I need to pick up mastering the rubber gaurd so I can beat up gomi.

Funny they never overturned the decision when Diego Sanchez tested positive for weed. Diego must have been a non-responder so it didn’t assist in his victory.

You maybe right. There is no way Aoki would wear rainbow pants like that unless he was smoking some wacky-tobaccie and there is no man alive with a more rubbery guard than Aoki.

Well, maybe they should just pick a fighter for UFC 70 and whoever’s fighter loses, has to get their head shaved. Although it doesn’t pose much of a threat to Dana.

All the trash talk these days seems like the fighters are just fishing for a payday. And good luck to them, but there is some serious WWE style hype going on in the UFC.

I know this isn’t relevent to the topic but I noticed that quite a few fighters have taken to polishing their nails. What the hell is that about???

While I am being irrelevent, the UFC needs to get rid of Goldberg too. He is atrocious.

Diego didn’t test positive in Nevada. CSAC is much more forgiving when it comes to weed.

Funny enough, I asked someone at my judo gym this question, and he says he paints his toe nails because they are torn to hell and look disgusting, and he doesn’t want to see dirty nails on his highlights.

Back when I competed in Judo you would see some guys with painted finger nails. Apparently some people have nails that are prone to tearing and the polish strengthens them.

I had been wondering that too.

Ah okay, thanks for the answer gentlemen. Couldn’t they use clear nail polish at least? All the protection without the gender bend.

Here’s another off-topic question then.
How come the UFC seem to be pushing Cro-Cop’s surname as actually being Cro-Cop?

What’s wrong with calling him Mirko Filipovic and leaving Cro-Cop as his nickname?

Agreed.

Because Mirko asked them to call him ‘Mirko Cro Cop’. The UFC is simply honoring his request.

That is what some pitchers do in baseball.

He wanted it that way. I imagine constantly correcting people misprouncing your last name gets old real quick.

I didn’t know that but that must be because they use clear nail polish as opposed to goth fabulous colors.
