I use a Pathmark Brand multivitamin. I believe it is a Centrum rip-off, only in a cheaper bottle

I have found centrum to work just find during my strict diet phazes. It is cheap, can be bought at any shoppers drugmart in canada, and has a good count of Vit-A to help keep my skin clear.
Twin Labs Daily Two Caps without iron.
I like that fact that i have to take two. This kind of ensures my body gets the vitamins instead of overloading it at one point with just one.
Soft Multiple (w/o iron) from Kal. It comes in liquid softgels and works good enough for me.

Animal Pak from Universal Nutrition. It sucs to have to swallow so many pills but it helps to break up the amount your body has to absorb if you take it through out the day with extra vitamin C and many other imune helpers that you can never have enough of.

Life extensions is good. Right now I am trying Trader Joe’s Mens Multi, seems like a good product.
