nature made essential mega vitamin. Why? It’s cheap and big enough that you can break it apart and take one half in the morning and one half in the evening. I really have learned not to sweat what multi vitamin I take because I don’t see the point in taking a multivitamin too seriously. You need to accept that multi’s are nothing more then really good insurance, they are no substitue for a poor diet that doesn’t include lots of fruits and vegetables. All the energy and time that some people waste in getting “the best” multi would intstead be better spent making sure that you cover all of your nutritional bases. Take the multi and forget about it and spend your time and energy on the things that really matter.
