I’ve been training for 7.5 months and only since about 1 month ago lifting for power. I weigh 240 with 23%bf I started off at 265 40%. Well my lifts when I started was bench: 225, squat:265, deads:185.
After month or so I’m at bench: 275, squat: 365, deads: 365. All these are working in sets of 2 reps going up in 25 plate and 45 plate increments. I’m planning on adding 10lbs a week until I stall then I’ll rework the program.
Damn I’m stoked. Drive through please.
