Need Help with Peri-workout

Hey ive seen so many conflicting ideas regarding peri-workout nutrition so id like to get a solid idea using the following supps. Surge Recovery, Surge Workout Fuel, BCAA’s, Creatine, Alpha-GPC, and FINiBARs. Also what to do following the workout eat an hour after or two, high p/c or high p/f?.. im a little lost so help from the mods or experienced peeps woul be cool

With what you’ve got the optimal thing would be to use the old protocol

-90 Alpha-GPC
-45 2 FINiBARs
-30 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel
-15 2scoops Surge Recovery
During : I’d probably do : 1st half : 1 scoop Surge Workout Fuel +5g BCAA 2nd half : 1 scoop Surge Recovery

+60mins : 2 Scoops Surge Recovery
+90 mins : Solid meal P+C or P+F depending on the time of the day, how you react to carbs, etc.

(During workout u’d be better off with MAG-10 or something similar than with Surge Workout Fuel + Surge Recovery)

This looks good, but I’d save the BCAA for use at other times of the day since Surge Recovery already contains BCAA and Surge Workout has a dose of L-Leucine.

When too add in creatine?..

I picked up these two from reading, What do you think is better the one above or

W - 30 = 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel + 6 BCAA tablets
W - 15 = 2 scoops Surge Recovery + 5g Creatine
During workout (later half) = 1 scoop Surge Workout Fuel
W + 15 = Grow! Whey 2 scoops + 5g Creatine
W + 90 minutes = Grow! Whey 2 scoops

??

Probably doesn’t matter.

Just take it whenever is most convenient for you.
