Hey ive seen so many conflicting ideas regarding peri-workout nutrition so id like to get a solid idea using the following supps. Surge Recovery, Surge Workout Fuel, BCAA’s, Creatine, Alpha-GPC, and FINiBARs. Also what to do following the workout eat an hour after or two, high p/c or high p/f?.. im a little lost so help from the mods or experienced peeps woul be cool
+60mins : 2 Scoops Surge Recovery
+90 mins : Solid meal P+C or P+F depending on the time of the day, how you react to carbs, etc.
(During workout u’d be better off with MAG-10 or something similar than with Surge Workout Fuel + Surge Recovery)

This looks good, but I’d save the BCAA for use at other times of the day since Surge Recovery already contains BCAA and Surge Workout has a dose of L-Leucine.
