Your box squat is at parallel. Certainly not breaking parallel, though. Depends on your goals. I can’t remember if you compete and, if so, what fed. I don’t do stiff legged deads, really, so I can’t comment on those. I do RDLs, however, but with tighter form.
Love your kiddo’s voice on the squat vid!
So sorry to hear about your shoulder! I can fully relate. Did you injure it doing something specific? Or just a troublesome pain?
the pain started from milies, I am sure that it can be worked out in the end…
I was really hoping that the box would put me just below parrell I plan on lifting in N.A.S.A and dont want to waste energy going ass to grass if I dont need to my I want to make sure that I am getting below also…
not a huge deal worse case scenario I cut another inch off of it
well after the 3rd time of decline weighted sit ups rubbing me raw I went and got an abwheel and some ab straps… I am sure that they will replace the sit ups just fine.

I agree with Snap. Depth looks parallel. That’s a nice box you have there. I inherited a couple and they’re lovely to pull from.
Snap, can you tell me the difference between stiff leg and RDL? I could never quite grasp what it was. I’m a bit on the slow side of life.
The difference? Maybe there’s not one? I don’t take the weights to the floor on RDLs. To be honest, I’m not really sure but thought they were different somehow. Help someone?

I believe I read somewhere that the RDL was named for a Romanian weightlifter who was essentially doing deadlifts w/o taking the weights to the floor.
AFAIK, there is no knee bend when doing the SLDL (although I don’t believe it’s wise to actually lock out the knee joint), you do take the weight to the floor, and form -the arched back- is super important.

That takes some serious flexibility. The arched back is paramount.

I say yours you have more room then we do.
well I watched Dave Tate’s 7 part series on how to bench and decided to have my biddy come over and practice competion bench with commands… I worked up to a max and maxed 250 full competion bench thats a true p/r and it was with a big pause at the bottom. I just have to work on holding at the end and not immediatly racking.
competion bench press max 250 P/R
Bent over rows 3 x 8/10 160 10,10,10
triceps pushdowns 3 x 8/ 10 60 10,10,10
weighted rack chins 3x5 60 5,5,5,5,5
