Glute brides suck… but they are functional for me.
I am a cop and if I ever get caught on my back I know I will not be able to hip out. I have to be able to bridge out due to my duty belt so I added them. I figure if someone climbs on top of me besides my wife they are going for one hell of a ride.

Two things,.
if I’m not healed up in time to at least 8 weeks of lifting in I probably wont do the Meet.BUT!! I will still go and be your handler if you really are planning on doing a Meet.
If you still need some help with the friend of yours let me know. Its not like I don’t have time right now since all I’m doing in the garage is jumping rope and stretching right now.
