Evan, I like you taste in music my man ! That’s some shit you can just chill and throw back some drinks to.
Looking up The Heavy. That was new.
Question…are they playing The Heavy on the radio?
I want to hear a stage battle between them and The Roots…just to see what would happen.

If you can’t FEEL the music, I can’t train to it.
Dudes screaming into mics with no vocal talent or rhythm don’t cut it.
I imagine only people not very rhythmic themselves would be into that.

Do you mean only white people would be into that? lol That song should be on that webiste “stuff only white people like”
EDIT: But I didnt like that song either
Not sure if this has been mentioned, as i have read through a couple pages of the thread but not all so sorry about that, but the band Nonpoint might be worth taking a look at. I don’t like everything they do but a couple songs like Take me to the Pain, and Endure are pretty good, IMO anyway. Not sure if its your taste but i couldn’t quite figure out your rock taste so im just throwing this out there
EDIT: Just skip like 25-30 seconds in, i linked a wrong video, still the same song but with some added stuff in the beginning

I do not think I have ever heard The Heavy outside of a car commercial a while back. There are other bands/groups similar to them but, seems no one plays their stuff.
I’d never heard of The Heavy before, or rather I’d never heard their music before this thread. I checked them out on Grooveshark after The Professor’s comment about them and The Roots, and I am now hooked. Great band!
