Mind you, iraqi’s are killing them with home-made weapons and bombs. A .45 to Jon Cena’s chest WOULD put him down, “ultra-elite unit” or not.

In Iraq, they are taking orders and protecting you from attacks and fighting for freedom. In the movie, he is acting on his free will with the knowledge he has and his wife is taken hostage, there is no diplomatic solution when it comes to harming family in my books, even untrained men would do things they normally wouldn’t if their family is threatened. Now imagine when you train for this, WAHOO! I’m looking forward to this movie, I repeat MOVIE.

Wow, this thread went to crap quickly.

Bad movie overall. Very cheesie. The beginning “you’ve been discharged” thing was just stupid. It takes months to discharge someone and involves a trial.

The 1,000 rounds at close range while driving was really stupid. I used to have a Camaro like that, a freaking rock to the grill would disable that piece of crap.

Dumb movie. Had potential, but then turned into Dukes of Hazzard, crash-em up, WWF body-slam, bad acting, weak story line, 1980’s blow everything up, action snoozer.

If your brain is working while you watch a movie like this, you missed the point entirely. The action was mindlessly entertaining. That’s really all that needs to be said about it.
