Hey guys… I’m new here, just found this website, looked awesome, and decided to join.
I’m 18 and I have been lifting on and off for about 2 years, but just started cracking down on it.
I’ve started varsity baseball ever since my freshman year, and I’m looking at my future and possible college choices. I’m a junior right now, and take it very seriously… With it being the offseason right now, i’m conditioning and lifting hard getting ready for next season.
I have noticed changes. I’m curious as to what you people think the best training routine is. Not actual weight, just basic exercises I should do.
Thanks for the time guys… Sorry if it’s a dumb beginner question (I’d probably get aggitated too.) I am just curious what everyone thinks. And sorry if there is already posts about this, I haven’t completely scoped out the site yet.
