Oh, hi there. Good to hear you’re healing up.
Yeah, this is one of the things the chiro had me do. then my wife convinced me to try yoga. She wanted me to go to a class with her. I instead did one of her dvds, in the basement, where noone could see.

I did hot yoga for a while until schedule conflicts made me quit. Its done in a 100+ degree room and you really can’t wear a lot of clothes, it was very distracting.

Thanks all. I’ve been doing the pushup with legs on the floor move a lot. Some yoga would most likely help as well.

I hope everyone has a Merry Christma. My work secret Santa got me a cigar, coffee cup and bottle of Jack Daniels. I’ll be buzzed by 7 pm. Don’t know if she likes me or wants me dead at an early age. I’m off next week. Time to relax.

Thanks all. Back is feeling great. Very little stiffness or aching. All the weights felt light.

Work has been super stressful over the last couple of weeks. My job is totally changing and I’m not sure it will a good or bad thing. So I needed to workout today.
Never fun to deal with.

The iron will always be there for you, though

Merry Christmas dude!

Thanks SteelyD. Merry Chritams to you as well!

Good work in here, looking strong as usual.

I hope the job change is for the better.

Merry Christmas!

Great benching, enjoy the week of and the bottle of Gentleman Jack. All the best to your family.

Merry Christmas

Thanks all. I hope everyone had as good a Christmas as I did. Got outside for a good workout while it snowed.

sled drags
farmers carries
sledge hammer swings
stone throws

This was an almost puker. I’ve been finished for an hour and I’m still not back to normal. We’re supposed to get 18’’ of snow tonight. I can’t wait to do some hill sprints in it. My kids were kind enough to give me their cold for Christmas. Coughing and sneezing all over the place. I haven’t been sick in so long I forgot what it was like.

Maybe you were laid so low by the workout because you’re sick. I’m a little jealous of the 18 inches. Usually we’ve had several such snows by now, but nothing yet this year.

Thats a good looking GPP day there. You know you did it right when you come clsoe to puking.

X2 on what Joe said. we only got 10 inches here and it was a mix with rain so it turned out that shoveling was damn near a heart attack maker…now its all iced over and crusted.Hopefully, you can bounce the cold soon…best for solid training in 2011!

Thanks all. We only ended up getting 10-12 inches.

What’s a ‘renegade row’?

Does your son ever travel up to Androscoggin or Kennebec County (Lewiston/Augusta/Waterville/Skowhegan) up here for hockey?

Going up to Portland at some point in the season. But thats it for Maine. We mostly play NH and MA teams. The team we played in VT yesterday is a NH team that plays just over the border in VT.
