Got the boys up at 4:20 for practice then I headed to gym at work for some morning fun. Started the elliptical at 5:30 am. Long after Paul had finished his workout Iām sure.
elliptical 15 minutes
100 push-ups in 5:32
20 neutral grip chin-ups (over several sets)
treadmill 15 minutes (walk on incline-no runnuing)

I put 455 on the bar for sldl had second thoughts about it then moved on to powertec squats.

Did a lot of chores today. And watched the Pats beat down the Titans. Threw together a little conditioning workout afterwards. Weird but I think my glutes and hamstrings ache from all those bent over rows yesterday.

40 minutes on the treadmill averaging 3.1 mph/5.25% grade.

sldl 3.5āā deficit: 275x6x5 30 sec rest btw sets
The trap bar sets werenāt too bad but the 30 sec rest with the sldl got tough.
