While my oldest worked out I did a lot of db curls/shld press/over head tri ext btw his sets.

Got up at 5:30 this morning for a hockey game and had a second game at 3 pm. Ate like crap all day. I almost bagged working out but I’m glad I got this one in tonight. Made me feel much better.

  4. superset leg curl with powertec calf raise x 3 sets

Left knee and left side of my low back really acting up when I squat. I may have to switch to trap bar deads. Not a big deal though.

Did my civic duty and donated blood today. The red cross comes right to the hospital so it doesn’t take much effort from me to give. And I get a free lunch.

I think it means that you have discerning tastes.

They had free beer, from 5-7, at the hotel I stayed in a couple of weeks back. They had Bud, Bud Light and Miller…Bock? Amber? something… My wife was down there, and knowing I hate Bud, got me the Miller. One sip of it and the rest went down the sink drain. How is it legal to even call that beer?

Looking at your MP, as is often the case, I envision you playing with the bar. 135x10, 155x10, 175x10…ho hum… It always looks so easy in your log.

Good for you, I’ve only donated thrice in my life, the last two times I dreamt of a dinosaur just about to chomp on me, and the last time jaws was just about to take a bite out of me. Very very vivid dreams, even for me, I can still feel the teeth.

Going to my mother’s soon for a few weeks, might hit you up for some ideas (as they say) for some exotic weird equipment I might use, that won’t clog up her backyard of course.

The older I get the snobbier I get with my booze. Bud and beers like that go down hard for me.

And you’re right MP was easy. I actually was juggling 135,155 and 175x10.

You’re talking about exotic lifting equipment right? Whatever kind of equipment you have in mind I’d love to share any ideas I have.
