Biker, I’ve been neglecting the stones. When the weather brightens up I’ll get outside more often. I made another stone this morning. It’ll be around 170 lbs. A woman I work with let me borrow a slater stone mold she had hanging around her house. Much easier than the plaster around the ball method.

Brought a bar outside and alternated between standing MP and stones. I only have plate sets of 25s, 35s and 100s outside so I was a little limited on weight choice. 245 clean and press was not happening tonight. My peri workout nutrition consisted of black flies that kept flying in my mouth.
