I haven’t done any kind of reps in a long time. Needless to say the 10 rep deadlifts got my heart rate elevated.

My son had a great day. He hit all 9 lifts. Squatted 525, benched 300 and deadlifted 525. He was hoping to total 1300 but hit 1350. Great day had by all.

Thanks all. He’s happy as could be with his meet results. I forgot to tell you that he won best teen lifter. The prize for that was a short sword/dagger thing. They gave a 17 year old a great big knife. We all got a kick out of that. He and his friends are headed back to the meet to watch the really strong guys compete today.

5 x 200 foot prowler push

I pushed the prowler 100 feet uphill on the high handles then turned around and pushed it downhill with the low handles. I’m so out of shape I didn’t need to add any weight.
