Overall a good workout but I felt weak like a kitten. I knew something was up when benching 135 felt heavy.

Paul, Kainen is doing well. Playing special teams varsity and defensive line JV. Funny thing he is still unsure of the rules. He’s always played hockey and we’ve never really watched football. He’s playing travel hockey this fall as well.

Eric, just not feeling it the past couple workouts. Going through the motions. Maybe I need to buy some alpha male.
