Skip, its been 6 years I think. My best meet numbers are dead 550, squat 500 and bench 405. I should be able to beat all three.

Thanks Harry. I’ll be pulling semi-sumo. Seems to fit my build the best. My son is an inch or so taller than me but that’s ok I can still out bench him.
