Well, no offense, but both of you sound like people who have not entered the real world yet.
You don’t get to pick and choose every person you work around or have to deal with on a daily basis. One job I worked at (I was again the ONLY guy), I caught much flack for how I ate. The women in that particular clinic used to go to lunch together quite often as some social act and DESPISED the protein shakes I brought to work and made quite an issue of me not going to eat with them constantly (by eat, I mean going out literally for cake for every occasion from birthdays to whatever). I would get comments almost daily about how all of the water I was drinking (with the protein mix) wasn’t healthy…but apparently the cookies they baked DURING THE WORK DAY IN A TOASTER OVEN were healthy as hell.
You don’t get to simply “remove” all people from your life you don’t get along with…and there will be times in your life where people will look for any difference about you to exploit to their own ends.
That’s real life.
You may want to get ready for it.
You’re right, I’m still a child and I have so much to learn. I only post this because arguing with you is futile. As you can see, I’m using my ability to ignore and remove certain people from my life and while that is incredibly easy to do since we’re online, you would receive the same treatment if I had the privilege (/sarcasm) of knowing you in real life.
Now, if you may excuse me I’m going to go get ready for this “real life” you speak of.

?
Ignoring me would have led you to NOT respond…and none of what you wrote erases the fact that you can’t simply ‘erase’ all of the people you work with, go to school with or have to deal with on a daily basis.
We aren’t talking about your FRIENDS here where you get to pick and choose who is close to you.
Your entire response shows a lack of understanding of what I even wrote before.
Rocketman, keep your goals but don’t be a dumb ass. Relationships require sacrifice, including time. If you can’t give her what she needs accept that this isn’t the right time in your life to be with her and move on. It’s fair for her and or for you.
If she’s just feeling threatened, let her know how pretty she is. Don’t flaunt your gym time or diet, just do what you do and then be with her. If she tries to make it an issue tell her it’s no big deal, you would rather talk about some thing productive and leave it at that.

Trust me, nothing aggravates a woman like a man that eats healthily unfortunately. I don’t know why but I see it everytime.

Who are these fatties that you’re dating that are morally offended by the idea of you eating healthy? I’ve never seriously been with a woman who didn’t enjoy the fact that I can not only cook, but prepare healthy and delicious meals. Even the women in my life who are just friends are intrigued by my diet.
Maybe you need to stop dating farm animals…
Aren’t you a vegan?
What woman ISNT intriguing by something that (pretends) to save cute and cuddily animals?
Damn, my cover has been blown. I guess that streak of pale, malnourished, and bone skinny women has come to an end.
I’m curious as to why you bracketed “pretends” though?
Because I just ate the cow you decided not to.
Excellent!
I’ve said the same thing also to vegans…you may not go out and kill animals…but that ribeye in the supermarket is already dead and gone so to speak. You can’t save that one, so may as well eat it!
