I think it’s fair to say that most of the biggest guys on this site weren’t eating meticulously every 2.579 hours and ignoring friends/family when they were bulking up. It’s very easy to make gains while still having fun and not worrying so much about the minutia. Plus, once every 4-5 days and you think this is something you’re extremely dedicated to? Another thing I’m pretty sure of is that the big guys around these parts never lifted so infrequently. So if this really isn’t a lifestyle for you, what’s the hangup? You’re too tired to let your girl hop on your dick for a little while? That reeks of bullshit. You can’t possibly be that tired.

I understand what youre saying. I am me and can only compare myself to me. I dont eat every 2.6 hours. I eat every 3 hours. I only have 2 friends and they dont live next to me. we talk and email all the time, no issue. family…? mom and sister…see them once a week. I believe firmly in the hit training which is 4-7 days of rest. Yes, I am extremely dedicated.
