New Cycle, Opinions?

This is my second cycle, my first was just straight test to see how my body tolerated it. Just looking for some feedback. I am planning to run it so it coincides with the slingshot training that I am doing.

PHASE 1
8 week reload:

weeks 1-4
d-bol 30mgs per day
Test Sust 250 at 450 mgs per week (150 EOD)
Deca 200mg/ml at 300 mgs per week (Twice weekly at 150mg)
Arimidex 1mg EOD

Weeks 5-8
Test Sust 250 at 450 mgs per week (150 EOD)
Deca 200mg/ml at 300 mgs per week (Twice weekly at 150mg)
Arimidex 1 mg EOD

2 week deload:
weeks 9-10 Test Sust 250 at 300 mgs per week

PHASE 2
8 week reload:

weeks 11-18
Test Sust 250 at 750 mgs per week (250 EOD)
Deca 200mg/ml at 400 mgs per week (Twice weekly at 200mg)
Arimidex 1 mg EOD

PHASE 3
4 week PCT :
week 19-23

Clomid 100/80/80/80

Thoughts? Critique?

relaod/deload I dont really get it…but here it goes

From what I understand from your post:
cycle is way too long, unless you are doing TRT
Sustanon is a poor choice given you are shooting twice a week given its different length esters. I would say if available switch to Test E, if not shoot every day if you can.

oh and if possible dump the Clomid and go with Nolva

Damn I keep noticing more and more after my posts…that is too much arimidex. I would say start with .25mg EOD. It really works different for most people. You’re gunna have to figure out how sensitive you are to estrogen, and adjust your adex doese from there. It’s sort of trial and error. If your joints ache and you feel kind of weak, from personal experience, then your dose is too high. If you notice sensitive nips or moodiness, then your dose is too low.

Great advice. As far as the test goes, I am shooting 3 times a week and the deca only twice.
I will go with .25 EOD with the arimidex. What you say makes sense to me.
