I know some people only like the plain yogurt that has the fiber and is basically no sugar added, but I had to mention a new Breyer’s yogurt.
It has the 34 g carbs with half of them probably added sugars, but it has some DHA added into it. Not sure how much, as I can’t find the yogurt anywhere on the net. Just thought I should mention it as a way to get a miniscule amount of DHA if you eat the sugar loaded yogurts.
