I think the trap bar is way heavier than the regular bar. Damn, for someone who’s “not a deadlifter”, you were sure moving some good weight.

The guys in the Gym said the trap bar was 35kg as opposed to an olympic bar at 20kg.
What I meant though, was in relation to the movement.
Can you guys generally move more weight with a trap bar, or on regular deadlifting?
I must say it felt very natural with my hands at my sides like that, and I could stay very upright, making it feel very ‘squat like’.
Interested in hearing opinions.
