New arm routine

Dr darden what do you think of this arm routine ?
Biceps
Machine curl negative accentuated
Followed by
Negative only chinups
Triceps
Triceps extension negative accentuated
Followed by
Negative only dips
This is for week 1
For weeks 2
After negative only chinups you can do barbell curls and after the dips do pushups(30-10-30) with your index finger pointing at each other

Doctor I am in a calories deficit right now so I don’t think I can squeeze the routine for all it’s worth.Will try it with a calories surplus and let you know

Also I was planning on trying the routine from bigger muscles in 42 days and I was wondering if it was better to do a 5 sec positive and a 10sec negative as compared to the prescribed 10sec positive and 5 sec negative?

Yes, that’s probably a good idea.
