Totally deviated from the program today but oh well, I felt good enough to do it. I’m progressing well with 351 but am a little worried as basically 3 of the events are going to be max effort & I want to get a little more comfortable with maximum exertion

Notes: Her form is getting very clean on the explosive lifts, and she’s knockin’ PRs out of the park. She want’s to keep working on physique though. Think we may do the 351 crossfit variation after my comp (using SM implements for myself of course)
