Neurotype Test Results

Hi CT,

After listening to several podcasts about neurotyping (which I found really interesting) I did your test and got this result,

1A 32 8 13 53
1B 9 16 8 33
2A 44 28 44 116
2B 41 48 34 123
3B 41 40 26 107

Here’s the thing my 2B/3 side has always made me want to do repetitive stuff (German Volume Training, Strength-Skill etc…) but my 2A side makes it hard to stick to a program for more than a week or two. What would you do ?

I feel your pain! I think that one way to doing this is have 1-2 movements per workout that follow a strict, repetitive, structured plan and then allowing freedom for the assistance work.

So main lifts done that way,

Day 1, / 5 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps, 1 rep
Day 3 / 5,4,3,2,2
Day 5 / 5,4,3,3,2
Day 8 / 5,4,4,3,2
Day 10 / 5,5,4,3,2
Day 12 / 5,5,4,3,3
Day 15 / 5,5,4,4,3
Day 17 / 5,5,5,4,3
Day 19 / 5,5,5,4,4
Day 22 / 5,5,5,5,4
Day 24 / 5 x 5
Day 26 / Day 1 with 2 more kilos

and then a random assistance lift done with whatever method I feel like using on that day. Does this look good ?

Different weight or same on all sets?

same on all sets
