Hi everyone! I need some advice. Last night the apartment across the hall was having a party, and at 1 AM I had enough of the shenenigans and called the cops. the cops came, the music stopped, but these people are now very angry with me. I heard them the rest of the morning screaming about it, and how “They got something for me”.
So my car was all scratched up this morning. I expect this to get way out of control. These people are your typical ghetto trash, they drink every night, party, no one works. Typical ghetto trash. So I naturally expect them to jump me in the hall soon. I am at least going to get beat up, but also stabbed, or maybe even shot.
I am very worried. We can’t move until the Fall, we have a lease on the apartment. I am living with my sister and nephew, and I don’t want anything to happen to him. I am very worried that they will break into the apartment.
I was hoping anyone had some advie for me. I don’t know what to do. I am expecting them to swarm en masse, I really don’t have any recourse. Well, thanks anyways.
My only advice is if you have any possessions of any value write up a quick will so they will know how to dispense of these to friends (unlikely) or family. Then again you live with ghetto trash so it is very unlikely you have anything. Well in that case just hope the end is quick and painless as possible.
Call the cops, tell them what’s happening.
Call your friends and get them first.
Petrol bomb their place.
Kill one, leave the body at the door with a note to back off.
Buy a gun, do nothing until attacked and then take his head off.

Last option - fuck their sister/mother/female relative and then give her herpes. Tell them they’re next if they’re not carefull…
i used to live in a pretty ghetto student residence full of thugs and wiggers, whom my roommates would invite in all the time.
this kind of shit happened every day from loud rap on a monday at 3am, coming home to see them doing lines off their desk, and one incident of a pistol whipping.
Did you go across the hall and talk to them first? You should always take the direct approach before you call the cops. Not only is that the neighborly thing to do, but calling the cops before you’ve tried to deal with it first also makes you look like a pussy, which encourages their aggressive behavior.
At this point the best thing for you to do is go across the hall and confront them, right now. Tell them you suspect they fucked with your car and you don’t appreciate that shit. Tell them that you’ve got to live together and you’re willing to put that shit behind you, but they have to respect you to get respect in return. This may very well get your ass beaten, but at least you will be able to see it coming, and it’s better than getting blind sided. And it’s definitely better that you choose the time and place to confront them, rather than getting ambushed when you’ve got your sister and/or nephew with you.
Strike first and strike hard. Just make sure there are no witnesses left and you have an alibi. They don’t sound like anybody who will be missed, anyway.

Seriously though, calling the cops without giving them a head’s up was the worst thing you could have done. If I were you, I’d buy them something nice and apologize (do your best to appear sincere). There’s no way escalating this will do any good. Suck it up for everyone’s sake. You’ll be outta there before you know it.

I second this. It’s probably your best bet for being there long term. Maybe buy them some weed as a peace offering? The baseball bat and shotgun aren’t bad ideas either. The good thing about the baseball bat is that you won’t accidentally kill an innocent bystander.

See, I have a problem with this approach. They fucked up his car. There should be consequences. although I don’t agree necessarily how he handled it in the first place, walking over there by himself basically puts him at their mercy and pack mentality being what it is he may even be more likely to get beat down.
If he is going to do that he better bring 3-4 friends who can handle confrontation.
