Ive been dipping since i was about 15. For the last couple years i was at 2 tins a day while on shift, 1 tin a day off days. Prior to that it was 1 tin a day for years. I quit for 2 months, it was surprisingly easier than I anticipated. Started dipping again last week of september. Try to keep it under 1 tin a day, will not go over 1 tin, unless shit goes haywire at work, too bad im buying a second tin. Never had issues with girls, most of the time a girl wont even know i chew until were fairly close.
As far as the dentist goes, last time i was there she says “so FF you know there are a lot of people who can chew their whole entire life with no issues to their gums, youre not one of them” FML. If this is my only vice, im ok with it for now. I dont do drugs, never smoked a cig, the occasional cigar. To each their own.
The one thing that really pisses me off is when im minding my own damn business having a chew and someone with a fucking smoke in their mouth has the nerve to say, “you know thats really gross” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! 1) mind your damn business. 2) youre smoking a cig which has just as many if not more sides. “EW you know your teeth will get yellow” you know i brush my teeth. do YOU brush your fucking lungs before bed. Didnt think so, go get a pic of your lungs and come talk to me.

Plus when I take my chew out and rinse you’d never know it was there. After a smoke they reek like a fucking ashtray until they shower. Their houses and cars smell like shit too, unless they have the good sense to not smoke in them.
Oh yeah, and I can chew ANYWHERE I WANT, like on an airplane. My old boss used to smoke 2 packs a day, and after we would get off a 12-13 hour flight to/from China he’d be freaking the fuck out. It was funny, I used to be as slow as possible getting my baggage just to mess with him.

I wrestled for many years and chewing tobacco is very prevalent in that sport. To comment on Nards’ post I always had to take a sh*t when I was having a dip. That was honestly the easiest way to make weight. One dip and my hunger would vanish and I would drop 5 pounds in the bathroom.
